    Hi,

    I am trying to embed the code that is generated by your site for the lightbox option of my form. When I embed the code in my html, it appears as a clickable link but when I click, nothing happens.

    I've tried embedding the following code in both <p> tags and <li>, both with the same result.

    <script src="//www.jotform.com/min/g=feedback" type="text/javascript">
    new JotformFeedback({
    formId:'13554154586',
    base:'http://www.jotform.com/',
    windowTitle:'Freelance Inquiry',
    background:'#474747',
    fontColor:'#FFFFFF',
    type:false,
    height:500,
    width:620
    });
    </script>
    <a class="lightbox-13554154586" style="cursor:pointer;color:blue;text-decoration:underline;">Freelance Inquiry</a>

    Please provide the URL of the page where you embedded the form so we can inspect and find out the root cause of your problem.

    We'll be awaiting your prompt response. Thanks!

    http://www.nickconflitti.com/

    It is the "freelance inquiries" link at the top left of the page.

    Nick,

    Our lightbox embed script is having conflicts with a jQuery script in your page. Try this solution:

    Find this piece of code in your page's source

    <script type="text/javascript">
                $.backstretch("images/home_backgrounds/fullbackground10.jpg");
    </script>

    Insert $.noConflict(); between the script tags, preferrably before everything else

    <script type="text/javascript">
                $.noConflict();
                $.backstretch("images/home_backgrounds/fullbackground10.jpg");
    </script>

    Inserting $.noConflict(); this worked. I did have to move it below the $.backstretch("images/home_backgrounds/fullbackground10.jpg");  though.

    With the no conflict line above, it broke my background image script. Below fixed it though. Thanks!

    My bad. I tested the solution on a barebone copy (html code only) of your page on my local computer, that's why I did not realize the background image was not showing. Still, I am happy to hear it worked for you.
