The email notification is not working.

It seems to me that you are having trouble getting your test email notification to work?
Are you using the "test button" or are you filling in your form and submitting it to yourself?
Please see this guide here https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications to make sure that you have properly set up your email address in the notifier.
If you have that set up but still are unsure and have changed it to a different email address then please refer to this guide here https://www.jotform.com/help/314-How-to-properly-Change-and-Test-a-New-Email-Recipient-Address.
Additionally, if you aren't seeing your email notifications arrive then first we recommend checking your Email History to check if it is being sent properly by our mail servers. If it is then please refer to this guide here https://www.jotform.com/help/208-How-to-setup-email-alerts-to-prevent-email-bouncing-related-issues to help correct any issues of the emails not arriving.
