After reviewing your form: https://www.jotform.com/52293488353160, I am not seeing where the text are currently overlapping.
I was also unable to see that issue on any of your current forms.
Can you confirm that the issue has been resolved?
As far as I see, the issue hasn’t been resolved. It looks very nice on the screen shot you sent; this is what I’d love to see.
When I checked my form, this is what I see.
Following your link, this is what I see. Closer together, but not as far apart as what you sent in your email.
Is there a way to address this, separate it so that it does look like your version? Thanks!

I checked your jotform http://www.jotform.us/form/52293488353160 but I could not reproduced or see the mentioned issue as well.
Is your form embedded on a website? Can you share to us the URL of your website where we can check the actual form used.
You can also provide us a screenshot of the problem and include the screenshot image in your response/messge. Follow this guide on how to include screenshot image.
Please let us know if issue persist.
I think this is the issue that she mentions - I noticed it in one of my forms today...
It only seems to show up that way in the form editor - I have it embedded in a lightbox and it shows up perfectly...
This is my form and it displays fine there as well! :-)
