I would like to create a drop down list of rep firms that a user can select from. Once they make a selection they will continue to fill out the form. when they click submit, I would like an email to be sent to the rep firm that they selected in the drop down.

    Hi,

You need  to follow these steps to do that:

Before we start we have example dropdown menu called "Dropdown menu name" with elements Option 1, Option 2, Option 3:

    A) You need to create more than one notification for every rep firm(in your case).

    B) Then you need to create condition to link your dropdown options to notifications.

First, click to conditions, then select the "Send an Email after submission" option.

When the condition wizard popup, you are ready to create a condition.

B_1) In "Condition Wizard", first we need to choose dropdown menu name, then choose "Is Equal To", later choose which dropdown menu item is going to affect by this condition(In this case mine is Option 1).

B_2) On "Then send" select the suitable notification which you created earlier. Finally, add an email adress and click "Save". It's all done.
