I have a link on my website to the jot form and it is not being forwarded to my e-mail address. It is not an e-mail problem as I am receiving e-mails to that address. Why will this be happening?

I checked our mail logs and it does indeed look like the notifications to your address "email@example.com" were failing for a bit. As far as I can tell though, they are now sending once again. Are you still not receiving your notifications? Check your spam/junk mail folders to see if they are being filtered there. If they are not, they may be being blocked all together. If that is the case, here are some steps to take to prevent this from happening:
