Why is my account being disabled for "reaching its limit" when I have already deleted content to create space?

I'm on a free account with up to 100Mb's storage.  I got a warning the other day that I had reached my storage limit.  At that point, I went into my account and deleted lots of old surveys.  The graph showing my storage did not change and still showed the account as exceeding 100Mb's.  I thought it was a glitch, but today I got an email saying that my account is disabled and the same graph still shows me in excess of 100Mb's.

Could you please confirm that this isn't a glitch and, if it isn't a glitch, let me know how to manage the upload space so that I can keep using jotform.

    Thank you!

    Conor

I took a look at your account Conor and I see that you have 112.71 MB of used space.

Please do note that in order to restore some of it, you must remove form submissions with the files attached to them. If you delete plain text submissions, you will not be releasing a lot of space, while sometimes even two submissions with files will remove over 50MB of your storage space.

What I would suggest is to go into Submissions Panel and remove all submissions that have files attached to them that you do not need any more and you will see the results of the same right away.

Do let us know if there is anything that we can do to assist along the way and we would be happy to do so :)
