Hi everyone,
We recently turned on encryption on a couple of forms. It appears encryption was set as default on a new form we created. Our staff who receives the form response doesn't have any of the emails asking for an encryption key, and wants to access the data, please see the attached screenshot. Any suggestions? Thanks.

The encryption must be manually enabled on your account, someone with access to your account must have set it up.
At this time, yous should disable the encryption option, so new submission will come as normal. On regards of the previous submissions, they will stay encrypted, and can not be decrypted unless you upload the key, as explained on this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/344-What-are-Encrypted-Forms-and-how-to-use-them-as-expert
