    Form Glitch - My OnLine Tenant Application is NOT Working

    Hello = My form for tenant on-line application is supposed to go to another jotform (my paypal form) after submission from a potential tenant.  I have tried it three different times and attempted to make modifications and each time after form submission it goes to a blank form.  If it is working correctly, they fill out the application info, then are directed to a paypal form from Jotform.  Can someone please address this? 

    Also - I want the entire tenant online application form emailed to Brad@SABrad.com upon form completion.  It's not currently doing that either.  Again, I have attempted three times to correct and figure out why. 

    PLEASE HELP!!!

    Brad,

    I cloned your form and made a test submit to it on my end. Results show that the Thank You URL redirection works perfectly fine.

    One reason I can think of as to why it doesn't work on your end is because JavaScript might be disabled on your browser. Please click here to test your browser for JavaScript. If JavaScript is disabled, enable it by following the instructions in this guide:

    As for your email problems, I checked our mail server logs and found out that notifications are successfully sent to the email address brad@sabrad.com. Have you checked your e-mail's Spam/Bulk/Junk folder for the missing emails?

    If you still can't find them there, try this solution:

    Configure your notification to use "JotForm" and "noreply@jotform.com" as Sender Name and E-mail, respectively.

    After applying the changes, kindly test your form and let us know the results. We'll be waiting for your updates.
