My form is not shown on my website

    Hi There,

     Can you tell me why my upload isn't on my website anymore?

    I have checked you website and I found that you embedded this form http://form.jotform.us/form/42015664684154 .

    However that form is deleted and because of that is not shown on your website. 

    I have also checked your account and I did not found mentioned form inside of Trash folder either.

    I noticed that you have form "Clone of File Upload Form", if that is the cloned form of deleted form, then you can embed it to your website. We recommend using of iFrame code for embedding forms to website. In this article you can find out how to do it.
