Is there any way to select the option of when a certain field is filled out it automatically lets you skip the rest of the form and goes directly into another specific field.
For example: if a someone fills out a form and selects that they do not need a hotel reservation, the form will let them skip the rest of the form requiring hotel reservation information and automatically take them to the comment section so they can fill out what their alternative lodging option.

Yes that's possible. You can create a condition that hides the fields base on the user's answer.
