How to send specific data to specific party?

Finally, there is a lot of logistical coordination that goes on where camps are concerned. Data I am capturing includes parking needs, dining needs, facility needs, AV needs, etc. When the data come in I don't want to cut and paste the germane fields and send them to Parking Services, Dining, Event Management, or whomever, nor do I want to send all information to everybody. Is there a way to automate the process so that only the germane info is sent to the party that specifically needs it?

That should be possible by setting specific email notifications to specific party.

You can create multiple notifications in your form and specify the target email address for each one.

However, if you want to conditionally send those notification based on a the user input as a trigger, then that's possible by following this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/167-How-to-send-to-a-specific-email-address-based-on-a-selection

You can also edit the email body of the notifications so that you can choose what fields to show on specific target email.
