I sent jotform out and several folks who are trying to fill out the form said they couldn't put text in the text boxes because the boxes did not show up on their form.
Can anyone help me troubleshoot this?

Please let us know which of the form you are referring and what fields are not showing up?
Have you tried asking them to clear their browser's cache or check it with other browsers? Perhaps it was an issue on the user end browser that's why they are unable to see the form. So far when I check the 3 forms shared on your account, they're all working fine.
