To finish the question , when I installed the PAYpal plugin it doesn't list on the form an option for the customer to list name and credit card . IT just list the product unlike what I saw with the Authorize interface. What I am I doing wrong

Yes, because the payment will be made to Paypal Payment page. The user will be redirected to this page when submitting the form. This is for Paypal Standard Payment integration. If you will use Paypal Pro, the user will have the option to Pay by credit card in the form or pay by Paypal (redirect to Paypal page).

This guide will help you understand the difference between Paypal Standard and Paypal Pro:

Please check this additional guide for more details: http://www.jotform.com/help/50-PayPal-Forms.

One thing to note that if the user will be redirected to the Paypal payment page and refuse to pay, either by closing the page or cancelling the transaction, that particular submission will be added to your incomplete payment list. Incomplete payment means no payment has been made in the form. To know more about this, please check the following guide:

    Thanks
