Error upgrading to new subscription

    This error appears , but I get a message from my card , stating that the purchase was approved with a value of 1.00 in JotForm INC .

    Hi,

    The error looks like our system is declining your credit card.  The $1.00 might be an authorization attempt, since the subscription payment did not go through, it will likely be removed.  According to our logs, you payment did not go through. 

    Check to ensure your credit card is not expired or cancelled.  You can also try updating the card on file in your account setting:
