Can I have the filled out form be sent to more than one email address?

Yes of course and I believe that you will enjoy how simple it is too :)

There are 2 ways to do it as well.

You can send the same email to multiple people in the same time, by following the steps here: Send Notifications to Multiple Recipients or you can send an email per person, by adding multiple email notifications as shown here: Setting Up Email Notifications (repeating the steps until you have enough of them set up).
