You must be referring to the Zoho integration you used on the form.
If it is, please check this discussion thread on how to fix it.

I also have reset the API Limit count on your account.
It should resolve any issue related to the API counter exceedign maximum allowed for the integration you used on the forms.
Please let us know if this issue persist.
