    I already paid for JotForm Premium Bi-Yearly Plan, why do you continue charging me every month?

    This notification is just a friendly reminder (not a bill or a second charge) that on Apr 10, 2015, you placed an order from JotForm Store. The charge will appear on your bill as "FS *JotForm". This is just a reminder to help you recognize the charge.

    I see that the bi-yearly subscription is created on a different payment processor and hence your existing monthly subscription was not cancelled. I've now cancelled the monthly subscription and forwarded it to our manager to see what best we can do in refunding the charges.
