I have tried to set up notification email to auto reply to those who complete my form but the content of my email that I create does not get saved! everytime i come back to the notification the form itself appears again after being deleted and then me pasting the content on the email reply. Why wont new content save?

Are you referring to Autoresponder? Inside of this article you can find out how to set Autoresponder inside of your form: https://www.jotform.com/help/26-Creating-a-Form-Autoresponder
I have cloned and tested your form http://www.jotform.us/form/50158955976168 and I noticed that you have set Autoresponder inside of your form and you added additional content inside of it.
After I submitted my cloned form I received Autoresponder email with all additional content that is added inside of Autoresponder settings.
Were you able to resolve your issue? If not please provide ID of your form and explain in more details what are you trying to achieve. You can also try to clear your form cache.

So, is the issue already resolved?
Are you trying the EDIT the submissions? Normally, if you click the link Edit Submissions, it will open another window where you can edit the fields and resubmit the form.
Just like what BJoanna said, we need the form ID or form URL so that we can investigate the issue. Thank you.
