Why do I get a "Quota" error when I've only had 9 submissions?

None of my forms are SSL, so I'm not sure why it won't receive more submissions, as I'm to understand there's a 100-submission monthly limit for non-secure submissions. After trying to find an answer in the forums, I'm learning that this seems to be a recurring problem. Can you clarify?

I have checked you account and the statistics are all on 0.

On what form are you experiencing the message regarding Quota, kindly provide the link so that we can look into it

Now, of course, I'm not getting this error. But when my last submitter tried to use the form, she filled out the entire form and when she clicked "send now" she got an error that read something to the effect of, "your form cannot be submitted because you've reached your quota." The link to the form is: http://form.jotform.us/form/52188179417161

Can you let me know how to make sure I'm not using SSL so I ensure I don't have this error in the future?

    Thanks so much,

    -Christina

When using the embed wizard kindly ensure that the Secure Form option is not checked,  also note when a form is using SSL its usually has HTTPS instead of HTTP and it also starts with secure.jotform.com/form/...
