Web form's accessibility after payment

We will take a Bronze package for 5 months. I want to know after this paid period, can I still access the web form and collected data?

You can upgrade or downgrade your account at any time without any changes to your data.  Your data will always be available no matter which subscription you are on,  Free accounts included.  Same with your forms as long as you stay below the submission limits.  You can downgrade without issue.
