    Hi I want to pay for your service Bronze. I have a visa card and I want to pay for Russian rubles . At any rate I will pay 19 dollorov .

    You can upgrade your account to Bronze using Visa credit card. 

    If your have Russian rubles on your credit card when you make payment, bank will convert it to dollars, but I do not know which rate it will be for conversion.
