    None of my forms will send email notifications to two specific email adresses

    None of all my forms will send emails to 2 specific email addresses. When I go to my email history, all emails to those 2 addresses show a status of "FAILED", which means they are not even being delivered, not just going to the spam folder.

    Any thoughts on how this could be solved?

    These email addresses are active and do not have maxed out inboxes,

    Can you please provide us ID of the form where you have set two email address inside of Notification?

    You need to separate email addresses by a comma and a space. Do not place anything after the last address.

    Here is an example:

    user1@domain.com, user2@domain.com, user3.domain.com

    I have checked your form http://www.jotformpro.com/form/51594817305964 and I saw that you have 4 conditional Email Notifications. I have checked all 4 email addresses and I did not found any failed submissions inside of our mail log. 

    Please provide us ID of the form and email addresses on which your are not receiving Notifications.

    Hello,

    Here are the two forms that are having this problem,

    Our form: https://www.jotform.com/form/51594817305964 will not send emails to our General Info Address. Screenshot from Email history:

     

    Our form: https://www.jotform.com/form/32454869275163 will not send emails to our Portland store's email address (There are about 3 other forms that send emails to this address which are also failing). Screenshot:

    Hello,

    As I have checked, I found your email address in our bounce list. This automatically happens when your email address went consistent on rejecting emails from our servers.

    I have now removed the email address from the list. Please do let us know if you continue to experience problems on receiving emails.

    Email address you provided was on bounce list. Our system gave following result:

    portland@metalsupermarkets.com is IN  the bounce list 

    Reason(s) : smtp; 554 Denied [fdd9ab55.0.1050588.00-1795.2179934.s12p02m091.mxlogic.net] (Mode: normal)

    I have now removed it from our bounce list and it should be working fine now.

    You can follow this guide on how to check and remove the email from bounce list.

    And this guide How to setup email alerts to prevent email bouncing related issues.

    Also you can Whitelist JotMails IP Addresses.

    Please test your form and check if you are receiving submissions now.
