Our customer support request form SOMETIMES creates multiple emails for the same request. I can't find a consistent pattern, and the only thing I can imagine is that the user is hitting the captcha button multiple times. Could this be the problem, or is there something wrong in the way I set the form up?

I'm checking your form and it seems that everything is setup properly.
Could you try embedding the form using the iFrame code instead? There might be a JS conflict between your form and the website that causes the duplicate email, using iFrame should prevent it. However, I checked our mail logs but there's no duplicate email notifications sent via our mail server. This might be a problem on how the email address is receiving the notifications.
