Is there a rate for non-profit users?

I'm using the free version of JotForm at the church where I work for religious education registrations. We've apparently used up all our secure submissions, which is preferred for data security.

Is there a non-profit pricing plan designed for non-profits?

    Also,

I see mention of a Premium rate of $9.95 per month but the least expensive upgrade option on the pricing chart is $19.95. What's up with that?

I see that you are asking if we provide any specialty rates for non-profit users.

I'm sorry to tell you but no we do not provide any custom pricing.

I'm not 100% sure if we are still doing it or not but last I recall on certain rare occasions our founder will sometimes donate some plan usage time to certain charity cases if there's a really good reason behind it. You are more than welcome to send your request with a reason to us at support@jotform.com. However, I cannot make any guarantees or anything about it.

Also, I would like to point out that for our Free Plan Users you are more than welcome to take advantage of our Get More Offers which allows you to more than double your submission count to receive more submissions permanently.

As for your last question about the pricing differences it's a separate topic so I've moved it to this new thread over here.

    Thanks.

I've used Get More Offers. Will that increase my ability to accept secure submissions?

In my colleague's name you are welcome.

Now as we can only assist with one question per thread, I have moved your other question to a new thread here: http://www.jotform.com/answers/644152 where we will be answering it shortly.
