There are many ways to send the form to your clients. The most common is by just sending to them the URL of the form itself.
Example: this is the URL of your form http://www.jotform.us/form/52077107482151
Or you can send to them the email link of the form.

There must be a misunderstanding of the concept.
Please take note that it will NOT attach the Form to the Email.
In the sent email message, the Form can be used by your clients by simply clicking on the form URL in the email message.
