I am trying to create a custom form and cannot get it to load.

I have looked into forms under your account, and you seem to only have 1 empty form without any fields added to it. To add fields to your form, you can simply open the form for editing (image 1), and then drag-and-drop desired fields to your form (image 2).

Don't forget to click on the Save button in the builder to save your form with its changes. You can also take a look at our guides on How to Create Your First Web Form, as well as other guides in the Getting Started section of our User Guides.
