I can't access my forms

    My forms have been disabled.  Please advise.

    Hi,

    Your account was suspended by our automatic phishing detector.  Your form labelled iPhone Password Collection asks for Apple/Android ID's, lock codes and IMEI numbers.  We do not allow for the collection of usernames or passwords through forms:

    I removed the form from your account and reactivated the account.  Please refrain from collecting such data through your forms, using the word "password" anywhere in your form will likely also flag your account rather quickly.
