I can't download any of my submissions and currently full and cannot receive anymore

... cannot download submission and currently up to my max - freaking out a tad.  Please help/rectify ASAP. 

You can download all your uploaded files by going to your form's submissions page, and clicking on the Download All Uploads button (marked with 1).

I have logged into your account and used this option, and the download was successful on my end. I had successfully downloaded a ZIP file (95 MB) of all your uploads, which I will delete from my computer.

I have also tried downloading singular files directly from the same page, by clicking on the links (marked with 2 in the image above), and this has also worked fine on my end.

Please try downloading your submissions this way, and let us know if you need further assistance. Clearing your browser cache might also help, in case your cache might have been corrupt beforehand.

I would also like to add that you can Export Form Data to Excel, as well as Partially Download Form Submissions as Excel, CSV, PDF.

Still, the best way to download actual uploaded files is to use the Download All Uploads option described in my previous post above. I hope this helps.
