    Notification Email was not being sent to Recipient Email

    It won't sent the email to the recipient email address that I put in the text box. It will only send it to the default email on the account. How can this be fixed?

    You must have been using only the Test Email button in the Notification Email.

    Please take note that the test email message will only always send the test message to your account email.

    To properly receive the submision email from the form, it needs to be submitted in actual.
