How can I disable SSL submissions?

    Hi there,

I'm using a free account to embed 2 CV submission forms on my website. I've only received 17 submissions in total, out of the 100 you advertise for the free account. I've received an email saying I had reached full space, and that my submissions would be disabled. I had previously received a warning saying I was almost out of space, having almost reached my limit of SSL submissions. I then changed the embed code for my forms, unticking the "secure" box, in an attempt to disable the SSL mode. Clearly that did not work if I am now at full capacity.

I am not interested in receiving SSL submissions, I simply want the normal, non-SSL submissions limited to 100. How can I implement this?

Your help will be very much appreciated!

    Best

    Hi,

If you check the "Secure Form" box when getting the link or embed code for you form, it will use SSL based submissions.  Make sure this box is not checked before copying your embed code.  We only allow for 10 such submissions per month for "Free" accounts:

    http://www.jotform.com/pricing

    http://www.jotform.com/help/63-How-can-I-receive-SSL-Submissions

If you embedded your form using the https://secure link, it will continue to use SSL submissions, whether or not the box is checked in the form.  You would need to embed the form again using the non-SSL link.  If your URL starts with https://secure, you will need to replace that code with the http://form.jotform link.

Your submissions are all currently at 0 for the month, as long as you changed your links or embed code to the non-https ones, you should be good to go.

    Hi David,

Thanks a lot for your reply. I don't understand because I did change the code to the http://form.jotform link.

Also, I've tried adding the new link and it still says form over quota: http://www.firestartr.co/investment-associate-application-form

The form in the provided link appears to still be attached to a guest account, If you want we can move the form to your current account. Kindly confirm if you want the action to be undertaken

I have moved the two forms under the guest account to your account alienor, they should also be active now on your website.

Kindly confirm if all is well on your end
