I have created a form and i have it on my website(DTLI.com). Every time somebody submits an application, the report that I get on my email does not include all the HTML text that I have on the form. Therefore the report is incorrect and I cannot submit to employment verification company cause they do not know what the applicant is signing for..Is there any other way that all the text will also be included in the report that I get? If not,  how do I get the HTML text to be included in the report? My email address is Takis.tlcs@gmail.com.

Are you talking about the contract agreement part of your form, which is inside a Text field?

The reason that it is not included in the body of your Email Notifications is that your notification emails by default only include the fields that can be filled in by the user. There are several ways for you to fix this.

    1. You can edit your Email Notification, and manually copy this text to the notification.

    2. Probably a more elegant solution for you would be to use PDF of your submissions. You can have them Attached to the email notifications, or alternatively included in the body of your email notification by using the PDF Link.

You will first have to make sure to show headers or text for contracts/terms/agreements in the PDF format of a submission.

Or how to add a link to the PDF submissions to the body of your emails:
