I upgraded my account to Premium, but in the My Forms section it still shows that I only have access to 100 forms per month. I checked my paypal receipt and it shows my jotform username as my first and last name. Which is not correct, my jotform username is different than my actual name so how can I fix this?
Sorry about my last comment. I didn’t know the contact form would enter my comment info into a forum so I went ahead and deleted my last message because it had some of my account information.

I was able to find the payment with the incorrect details. Unfortunately, we cannot do anything on Paypal's end to correct this, but I have manually upgraded your account.
