Users having problems

Several of the users for the form I created are telling me that the form that they completed was wiped clean/lost all info when they clicked on a hyperlink that's embedded in the form and when they deleted an image from the upload a picture question to add a new one.

Can I change anything within my settings that provides automated saving for those that are completing the form?

If I understand you correctly, you want to save the data automatically or create an auto-fill so users can refill the fields with their previously typed info. You can achieve auto-saving/auto-filling of forms by following this guide: How to Enable Auto Fill Feature.
