Contact form not sending emails

    Hi I have setup 2 forms on your website and embedded them into my customers website however, they aren't sending the notification emails over to their email address?

    Hi,

     

    I have checked the mail log and see that emails are not being sent to your email *****@wine-factory.co.uk (email used in your form). Your email was on the bounce list because of the following reasons: 

    Reason(s) : smtp; 554 4.4.7 Message expired: unable to deliver in 840 minutes.<421 4.4.0 Unable to lookup DNS for wine-factory.co.uk>

    I have removed your email from the bounce but please check your DNS settings in your email also.

    It seems to be yes :). Is there a chance the test emails can be removed as I know it has monthly restrictions

    There is not monthly limit on the emails you can send using a form or during testing of the email, the limit only applies to submissions submitted when using the form.

    I have reduced you submission limit by 4 from 12 to 8
