Can I disable SSL submissions?

I sent out the non secure version of our form, but I keep getting secure submissions. I already disable SSL submissions, at the embed code into http:// (without the "s"). But still been receiving notification that are full.

Can you please help reset this setting.

Hope you can help me. Many Thanks.

    Hi friend,

Once you reach the monthly submissions limit, you don't receive more submissions until next month.

As a free user, you can receive up to  10 Secure SSL submissions and you reached 10 Secure SSL submissions.

Your account is ACTIVE. If you don't use secure SSL submissions you can be able to use your account.

If you uncheck the "Secure Form" box when getting the link or embed code for you form, it won't use SSL based submissions.

If you embedded your form using the https://secure/ link, it will continue to use SSL submissions, whether or not the box is checked in the form.

Just remove the "s" in https:// of your form's URL when you embed it into your website. For example, if you are using the default <script> embed code, change:

    <script src="//form.jotform.me/form/51805738514458></script>

    OR

    <script src="https://secure.jotform.me/jsform/51805738514458></script>

    TO

    <script src="//www.jotform.me/jsform/51805738514458></script>

Let us know if you need further assistance.

    Hi friend,

I actually wanted to remove the secure SSL but I still received notification that its full. I've tried to send some form and seem have error even tho I have uncheck and disable the secure box few times .

Already uncheck the box many times but seem some new form can't reach to my inbox.

Can i still receive new submission form if the SSL submission is full even tho I have uncheck the secure box?

Kindly help to solve this as some form does not reach my email after trying few times.

    Many Thanks.

    Hi

Appreciate if can help on this issues as I just have received email from your site saying as stated below.

Kindly please help to resolve this as the SSl secure box at the embedded site was apparently been Un-thick very long time ago since last month but not sure why the quota still full.

    Dear hometuition21,

You have currently reached the limits of your account. Your forms will be disabled Friday at 12pm EST. Free accounts are limited to 10 SSL submissions per month.

Upgrade your account today to continue using JotForm; receive submissions, collect payments from your users and have more upload space. Upgrading is quick and easy:

    Hi,

Upon checking your account, you already reached 10 SSL submissions, please note that when you reached any of the submission limits, (regular, SSL or payments), all of your forms will temporarily be disabled. If you wish to continue using your forms, you need to either upgrade to a higher subscription plan OR wait for the submission limits to reset, which happens every 1st day of the month.

SSL submissions are received when users filled out a form that uses SSL protocol, which is https:// or https://secure. If you have embedded the form in a website, you need to check if it uses SSL and remove it instead, then embed the non-SSL form. You can check this guide to learn more about SSL: https://www.jotform.com/help/63-How-can-I-receive-SSL-Submissions

I see you are somehow new to JotForm, I will adjust your SSL counter from 10 to 8 so that you can continue using the non-SSL/regular submissions, please note that I can only do this once, if you reached your submission limits again, I cannot adjust it anymore.

Do let us know if you need more information on this.

    Charlie,

I'm having the same problem and wonder if you could please also reset my counter for SSL submissions. My form is for class registrations and can't wait for first of September for reset to occur. Please help if possible!
