Autocompleted Address widget: returning blank value in the submissions

    The Autocompleted Address widget works in the form, but the results are blank on the submission email and attached PDF. This issue began several days ago.

    Hi,

    There seem to be conflict with the widgets you have. It looks like the Form Tabs widget is breaking it, you could try deleting the Form Tabs and for now and make a test submission to see if it gives a better result. I'll make a couple of test and see if I can find the specific cause of it so that I can forward this to our developers.

    Hi again,

    I have forwarded the problem to our developers to further investigate the problem. 

    Please also do try editing your conditions, there seems to be a lot of deleted fields in it that may also be causing the problem.
