"Form not found - The form is disabled "

Hi

I keep getting this error ""Form not found - The form is disabled " while previewing or publishing

I get this for any form I create ! I switched my account and still get the same problem ! It's working at first but after a while while still editing I get this message.

I have just read the answer and found that is related to Arabic, now please if you can reactivate my forms.
