I had a custom theme which I was last using about an hour ago. Its gone. I've tried logging in and out again but it's telling me I haven't created a theme yet.

Could you confirm if you are logged into your JotForm account and the form is saved properly after making changes to it? If the form is not saved correctly, the changes made to the form will be lost. Any changes made and saved are available in the form revision history. Please see if the changes mentioned are available in the revision history by following the guide below :
