Excel Report: Download all the submissions in one file (bypassing the 10,000 limit)

Are you referring to the excel submissions?

Currently, it is limited 10,000 submissions per file. But, those that exceed the limit will still be downloaded on a separate file. You can then just then copy the rows from the 2nd part to the main excel submission when you edit it.

You can also try integrating Google Spreadsheet to your form, it will automatically upload the submission data on the created online spreadsheet, although, I'm not sure if it has a limit on the rows.

This is frustrating!  I simply want to create a report that exceeds the 10,000 incident limit.  I followed the instructions that you have provided and am stonewalled by Google Docs Editor advising that I need permission from the owner.  I simply want to take my data and create an Excel report containing all of the information.  Very, very frustrating!!!!!  there has to be a way to expand the 10,000 limit and simply print off the entire report.

Currently, downloading the excel submission has a current limit of 10,000 per file, however, it does continue to download for the other part.

After the first file has been downloaded, it will show this message

After that, you can open the two excel files, copy the rows in the 2nd excel and paste it on the 1st file to have one file.

I will forward this to our developers to see if they can increase the limit, but I'm unable to give an expected time frame to when this will be implemented. But rest assure that they are already aware of this request.
