    Form Submissions Not Working and Errors

    Good Morning,

    Our form is currently not processing any entries when submitted. We did manage to get two submissions yesterday and we were not notified via email that they had been submitted, today it is not processing any. It will timeout once submit is clicked and give a timeout error if you wait quite a while after pressing the submit button. It had been working fine the the last 3 days and it seems sometime yesterday it stopped working. 

    Additionally when I am viewing the form in the form builder I will get a MySQL not found error.

    I have tried cloning the form and replacing the existing one and still have the same issue.

    Sorry for this issue. I checked the mail adress that you set for notification. Everything seems OK. Here you can see the last activities:

    Please check your Spam/Junk/Bulk folders to see if the email has been routed there. If you are using an email client, please check the folders in the client and on the web-mail version.

    There are not being caught in our firewalls or spam filters I am looking at those folders at the moment. I know the email address is okay, Those however are not the last activities those are the last activities that have passed through. I have been attempting to submit all morning using various email address and devices. All which time out before submitting, there are no new entries in our submissions folder either. Currently I am looking at a "upload error, file could not be uploaded for some reason" error on my mobile device while trying to send in a test submission. I've tried multiple files/types. So that doesn't appear to be the issue either.

    We were conducting a data center switch test earlier today that caused a few errors and some significant slowdown while the change was occurring.  My apologies.  I cloned your form to test it, sent several submissions through to make sure things were working once again and aside from a bit of lag, things seem to be sorted.

    Are you still unable to view or submit your form?  It should now be working.

    After testing the primary form they still are reporting back as timed out. It will hang on the submit and eventually report back with an upload error. Tested on PC, android and an iPhone.

    I tried you embedded from and it is indeed hanging on submit.  The form itself however, does appear to be working.  Try replacing your current embed code with the iFrame code:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

    This will insulate your form from the rest of the page and should allow it to submit properly once again.
