I created an account for tpinney using the email address here. I have created one form. Today, that form link reads that it has been disabled and I am unable to login to my account. I thought maybe the password was wrong, but several reset password attempts left me unable to proceed. Please help.

I reactivated your account, however, it is a Guest account. I would recommend registering an account, then letting us know that you would like your form moved to your registered account. Once it is there, you will be able to log in and have access to many more features.
