I am trying to download an Excel report; however it is forcing me to have two separate reports because of the number of occurrences.  How do I expand the parameters so that it can be formatted into one report?

I see that there are around 13,000 submissions on your JotForm titled "Smoke Alarm Program (Residential)". I believe that you are referring to this form.

Do you see the error to download in multiple excel files when you try to download from the submissions page? Please try generating an Excel report from the reports section.

Please get back to us with the form ID or URLif you are referring to something different or the issue still persists.

    Thank you!!

I followed the process outlined in the "reports section" as well without success.  I'm assuming there is some type of limiting process that doesn't allow the download of large submissions.  Ideally, the number of submissions shouldn't matter as this work project will require significantly large quantities than 10,000.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

Unfortunately, the limit on the number of rows in the excel report is pre-set. We cannot change it. I will escalate this issue to our development team for them to further check if they can increase the limit for the excel report. For now, can you try to create the excel in the Submission Page and see if it will work for you? I tried this on my end (create an excel report in the Submission Page) and the output displays all of the submission data.
