Importing fillable PDF to JotForm

A pdf fillable form was sent on 8/14/15 with a follow up request about having it uploaded. No one has responded???

Any updates on importing the form (a graphic organizer with that should have expandable text boxes for several responses within a main graphic box)? The main graphic boxes would be “problem behavior”, “triggering antecedent” etc=every box could have multiple different answers that would result in an expansion of the main graphic box to more than one page.

    Thanks, Jeff

I have not found mentioned support request, there is a chance that we have not received it. I would like to suggest reposting the inquiry if you are still interested.

Please note that imported fillable PDFs are not editable at JotForm (only imported Adobe web forms are editable).

You might consider manually creating a form with JotForm builder. Created forms can be filled online and downloaded as fillable PDFs.

I could forward the request, but it's a fillable PDF-not a web crested form=no sense in submitting it.
I will send the layout as it's a simple graphic organizer with arrows pointing to choice boxes that are filled in w responses (expandable text boxes or selections)
