How do I change the setting on a secure form to unsecured?

I didn't realize that the free account is so limited in the number of secure form submissions that can be accepted. The form link leads to a "form over quota" page.  Will changing this form from secure to unsecured resolve this? How do I do that?

I see that someone else had a similar issue, which resulted in someone from support offering to reset her SS allowance. Could this please be done in my case as well? My form is for class registrations and needs to be collecting responses PDQ. Please help.

Please note that when you reached any of the submission limits, all of your forms will temporarily be disabled. In your case, you have reached your SSL submission limit, 13 out of 10 for Free plan, please check our pricing page for each limit they have.

As you have mentioned, I can adjust your SSL counter below 10, so that you can continue using your forms. But please do avoid or remove embed codes that uses the SSL protocol (those that uses https:// or https://secure in their links or embed code. To learn more about SSL, you can check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/63-How-can-I-receive-SSL-Submissions

Please do take note that I can only do this once in your account, I see you are a new user, once you reached any of the limits again, you'll either need to upgrade to a higher subscription plan OR wait for the counters to reset which happens every 1st day of the month for the forms to be accessible again.

    Thank you.
