Does the same encryption key work with the second form?

I've created two forms. I received the encryption key after getting the first one.

Does the same encryption key work with the second form? I can't get to a screen to "reload" the encryption key on either form to see results.

    Thx!

You can only generate a single key and that's for all the forms you have. If you have already downloaded the key, you have to find it in your download folder and keep it secure.

You have to view your form submissions page: http://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-view-Submissions and when the form is encrypted, the page will prompt you to upload the key to decrypt the data.

You will also receive an email with a link to view and decrypt the data.

    Thanks

Great, I still have the key. I went to the submissions page but the form shows encrypted and I don't get a prompt to upload the key. What do you do when the prompt doesn't come up?

This is your last form ID http://www.jotform.us/form/51987527942167, and the encryption is disabled to this form. You have to enable the encryption in order to be prompted with the upload key window. Kindly check again.

    Thanks
