    It would be really great if your $19 Bronze package at some point during the upgrade process identified that you'll be paying for the whole year. There is absolutely no mention of this during the entire process 

    I would have definitely use the corporate card on that had I known.

    It's actually just bad business.

    To be clear I did not think it was $19 forever - I thought it was $19 per month.  There is no indication you need to click on the price to open up a window to alter your selection of annual versus monthly.  That would have been extremely good to know.

    This allows you to select your payment schedule and your payment method.

    Your subscription has been switched to our Bronze Monthly.

    We have issued a refund of $140, please allow 3 - 5 business days for your refund to be processed.
