Can I add an "IF" and "THEN" statement in the form?

Hi, is there a widget with Jotform where a user can fill in something like an "If/Then" statement? I need a widget where if guests select Yes, then they can move on to the next question but if they enter No, then it prompts them to enter why. Do you have anything like this?

You can add the "Show / Hide a form field" or the "Skip to a page or end of the form". The skip to a page will require you to create a multi-page form and here's how you can do that:
