Default drop down quantity sometimes 11

Strange thing is happening on my form. I have a place where the customer uses a drop down list to pick quantity ordered, by default (sometimes) it picks 11, even if they pick 1

Upon checking your website, I see you are using the form's full source code. I also see there are some errors in your website. 

This might be causing a random problems in your form, especially if there are other JS libraries in your website that is loaded on the same page.

Are you adding a custom function or Javascript in your form? If not, you can try using an iFrame embed code instead to avoid code conflicts.

Do let us know if using the iFrame is an option to use and if it resolves the problem.

Now set up as iFrames. Can you check the page for errors?

 

We can't verify if the problem has been resolved, what we can do now is monitor the submissions, if you perhaps received another submission that is incorrect or does not match the inputs provided by the user, please let us know and we will investigate it further.
