got an email from jot form yesterday to say that my account has been downgraded. I paid for the yearly subscription on 4th August. Please can you look into the that and chance my account subscription back?

I do apologize for the iusse that you have been experiencing with your accounts status.
I am seeing that you downgraded from your monthly Bronze (Premium) subscription (in_6dYcNIpqkbRQyC), which expired on August 19, 2015. As such your account was downgraded on that date.
I do see that you upgrade to our Yearly Bronze subscription on August 4, 2015 (S-23K37163G4097713S).
