We are receiving the attached error when we try to delete submissions. This has been going on most of the day today and multiple agents are reporting this who are trying to clear out completed submissions. Please provide some insight into why this is happening or when this will be resolved.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
We do have issue on our back end system at this time that was causing intermittent and varying problem on the Form Builder. Our higher team support are already aware of the issues and are already working to fix the problem.
To workaround on this, can you please try first to reset the browser. Close the browser and open it again.
Login then clear your form''s cache.
Then do the process of deleting submissions on your form.
